No pick-up in the restaurant possible, therefore mc drive very full.

We weren't put off by the huge line of cars at the drive-in and were pleasantly surprised. It went relatively quickly and the young lady at the first window (short blonde hair) was really nice! Respect for those who keep their friendliness with so many (impatient) customers! The order was complete and we liked it very much.

Just normal McDonald's, always nice to be there.

Every burger freshly made. Always check during the drive that everything is there.

Actually -1 star! As a regular guest it is outrageous how unfriendly the employees have become. Out of 4 ordered menus 3 were packed wrongly, the burgers were cold and wrongly topped .... The wrong dip was there too. The visit was really a 0/10.

The incompetence of the Personlas is only exceeded by the catastrophic hygienic conditions. For a global corporation, this branch is a real blot and should be closed for image reasons.

Always good so far. Today instead of a Chilly Chees a Chicken Burger and the team wasn't that quick. 2 in front of me but after 20 minutes I received the incorrect order.

Just bought some cheeseburgers on Drive in. They were cold. The cheese didn't even begin to melt and overall they were terribly dry. Inedible. Too bad. Unfortunately, that's not how you keep your customers.

Stale for half an hour in the mcdrive and ordered a chicken and cheese box. Drive home and found out when unpacking that there are only nuggets and no cheese croissants in it. Very disappointing that half is forgotten and the money is gone.

The only positive thing about my visit was the lady at the entrance. I was kindly informed that only the "drive in" switch was open and when I said that our car unfortunately does not fit through the "drive in", she said that in this case I could go there on foot. When I got there at the counter, I wasn't even noticed. It was only after some time that an unfriendly voice in very broken German announced that I was only served by car. I described the situation to this person in detail and hoped that I will finally get to my hoped-for meal, but unfortunately I was addressed even more rudely: "only car here" It is sad that, firstly, I am not even dealt with with complete sentences and secondly, as a customer, I should be treated with a certain courtesy.

Despite a lack of skills related to the preparation and packaging, I was served very friendly and compensated (can happen)

We won't be back .. Even if it's a difficult time for everyone, we were very disappointed again .. The Big Mac menu was almost cold .. Simply inedible ...

Quick, friendly, got everything. Unfortunately the fries are not cross. This can be done better.

It's a very standard chain. One speaks of "system gastronomy". It was neat and clean. But if you want a firework of flavors on your tongue, you are wrong with such chains. Despite the Frenchaise, I lack the individual character a little. Just a shop is like many others.

Sympathetic and attentive! Despite Corona and many customers, everyone is well served here. Kudos!

Due to covid, you have to sign a waiver when you enter the McDonalds but that is done quickly and you enter pretty fast. They have those machines so you can order without having to talk to the people working there, also you get the number for your table so they bring out the food, Very convenient in these times. Food came out fast, but you dont get a straw with your drink. I would advise not to go through the drive in, because sometimes you will get a non-english speaker and despite my best efforts to make a simple purchase, I ended up getting the burgers only and not the meal itself.

It is quite clean and tidy, and the hygiene measures are also very important, but I personally find it on the whole rather chaotic and loud. But I think it's normal at McDonald's. It didn't bother me before. ?‍♀️

In Lüneburg it is really well regulated with the new Corona regulations. In front of the entrance there is a nice lady who patiently explains to each guest how to behave. Briefly enter the data on the slip, of course with a disinfected Kulli. Then you get your table stand with number and you can start ordering. The tables are clean, there is enough space and the food is warm when it is delivered to the table.

It's okay when you order inside but when you order drive thru they always seem to forget something or get the order wrong even though it was verified before paying

Menu selection is great and tastes delicious. The staff is nice. Here should be paid to the hygiene, as well as the toilet area.

McDonalds with service at table - I like it!

This a good place to make a stop from the motorway. It is well staffed and clean. Food was of good quality (better than other McD). Self service machines don't always work.
